Processing & cold chain

A facility built around food safety, not retrofitted for it

Our Kunming plant was commissioned in 2017 with hygienic zoning from day one — raw and finished goods never share a corridor, and the cold chain is unbroken from IQF tunnel to reefer plug at the port.

  • 12,800 m² BRCGS-audited processing plant with hygienic zoning
  • Two air-drying lines, one freeze-drying line and an IQF tunnel — 46 MT/day combined
  • −18 °C cold store with 6,500 pallet positions and 24/7 temperature logging
  • Optical sorting, X-ray and metal detection on every packing line
